Study Support Fund

This fund will provide emergency scholarships for students who have difficulty attending school or paying living expenses due to an accident or disaster, as well as for new first-year students with excellent grades who have difficulties continuing their studies due to their economic circumstances.

Kobe University's unique scholarship system

Kobe University Fund Emergency Scholarship

One-time scholarship payment (250,000 yen) to support students in need due to disasters or unforeseen events.

Kobe University Fund Scholarship (for new 1st year)

Provide scholarships of up to 150,000 yen per year to support outstanding, needy new 1st year students.

※（For Donors in residing Japan）In addition to the income tax deduction, the tax deduction is available only for the School Education Support Program.
When filing a tax return, the donor can choose either the income tax credit or the tax deduction.
