We accept credit card payment via the web application.

We cannot reissue receipts, but we can issue a donation receipt certificate (with the same information as the receipt), which can be used as proof when filing your tax return.

Receipts will be issued on the date that the payment is received by Kobe University.
It takes about two months from the date of application for the credit card company to deposit your donation in the university account. Please note that after payment confirmation, it will take another 3 weeks to send the donation receipt.
Please note that if you apply after November, the receipt may be dated for the following year, in which case the donation deduction will also be applied to the following year.
For donors residing in Japan, donations to the Kobe University Fund are eligible for income tax and corporate tax benefits. For more details, including how to deduct your donation from your tax return and calculate the resulting income tax and inhabitant tax reductions, please see "Tax Benefits".
Your name will be posted on our website and engraved on a plaque. We will also send you a commemorative gifts.
