We are proud to announce that the “Kobe University Global-Link Forum (KUGL) in Taipei” will be held at National Taiwan University in Taipei, Taiwan on December 3-4 2015.

The forum aims to promote our education and research activities and the Kobe University Brand overseas by forming stronger links with overseas academic associations and the International Alumni Association Network, which provides an invaluable repository of knowledge for the University. We held the first Kobe University Global-Link Forum in Bangkok, Thailand. After the successful launch of KUGL, Kobe University held the second forum in Seoul, South Korea, the third forum in Beijing, China, the fourth forum in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam, and the fifth in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.

This year, we will hold a sixth forum, under the theme of “Re-realizing the Relationship with Taiwan and Japan: Cooperation in Science, Technology and Innovation.” Experts from Japan and Taiwan will present their insights on contemporary issues, focusing on humanities on the first day and social sciences on the second day.

We look forward to your participation in the forum(Registration is now closed).
