Objectives

1.To discuss the integration policy between the maritime human resource database and the institutional database.
2.To evaluate the current database and discuss the idea of evolving the database into the IAMU official database.
3.To take out problems related to the maritime education, training and research issue after comprehensive review of the STCW Convention.
