Part-time system for Full-time researchers

(For researchers: A plan that will support male and female researchers in balancing work and raising a family)

“The part-time system for Full-time researchers” was introduced in 2009 as a flexible work style that supports researchers to balance work and family life. This system, open to male and female researchers raising a family, allows researchers to reduce their work load while remaining a full-time employee. Their salary will be tied to the number of hours they work. Researchers will be able to reduce their workload under the system, but will be able to continue their studies, thus preventing their research from being interrupted while caring for a child. Our current aim is to establish of the system for researchers of either sex who are raising children.
